RETURN WINDOW
You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at hello@wangokart.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond to all return requests within 1 business day.
If your return request is within the 60-day return window, we will arrange a return pickup from your address. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your approved refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return pickup is provided at no additional cost to you.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, email hello@wangokart.com with a photo within 60 days. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not need to return the item.
SIZING ISSUES
If your item does not fit as expected, email hello@wangokart.com within 60 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery
- Items returned without an approved return request
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not entered production. Email hello@wangokart.com to cancel.
